Event Information

 

The event details provided on our websites are accurate at the time of publication but may be subject to alterations due to the dynamic nature of events and conferences. Any updates pertaining to changes related to the event for which you have registered and/or paid will be promptly communicated to you via email.

By using our services, users consent to receiving newsletters containing the latest news, products, promotions, and other relevant information via email. These communications will be sent on behalf of the conference, as deemed necessary by the Organising Committee and Congress Secretariat.

Indemnification

By using the site and attending the event, users agree to indemnify and hold MPCS, NHAM, JME Group and all conference event partners harmless from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from or related to their use of the site, travel to/from the event, and attendance at the event.

Any access links to third-party sites are at your own risk, MPCS, NHAM, and JME Group are not affiliated with, nor responsible for, any content or products on third-party websites.

 

Inaccurate Information

 

Occasionally, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on this website regarding event descriptions, ticket pricing, availability, and article contents. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or amend information without prior or subsequent notice to customers.


Refund Policy

 

Refunds for event/ conference entry tickets are subject to the following conditions:

 

• Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the Organiser. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the ticket holder.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in cases where the ticket holder is unable to attend the event due to circumstances beyond their control, such as illness, unavoidable emergencies or force majuere. In such cases, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the Organiser, upon receipt of a formal request accompanied by supporting documentation.

 

• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled event/conference start date. Requests received after this deadline will not be considered.

 

• Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Any finance charges, including but not limited to bank fees, foreign exchange charges, etc; incurred for the processing of this refund will be borne by the customer.

 

• The Organiser is not responsible for any other incidental costs incurred by the customer in their plans to attend the event, i.e. hotel accommodation, travel costs, etc. No compensation will be provided in the event of any refund/cancellation by the customer.

 

• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

 

Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

As event entry tickets are electronic, no physical shipping or delivery is required. Upon successful purchase, tickets will be delivered to the email address provided during the registration process.

 

 

Payments

 

Payment for event entry tickets can be made through various available methods, including Visa, MasterCard, or online payment methods accepted by this website's ticketing platform registered under our Congress Secretariat, JME Studio PLT.

• Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If authorization is not obtained, tickets will not be issued.

​

• All payments are processed securely through our ticketing platform, ensuring the protection of customer payment information.

​

• Once payment is successfully processed, tickets will be sent electronically to the email address provided during the booking process.

 

• In the event of payment processing errors or unauthorized charges, customers are encouraged to contact the Congress Secretariat's customer support team for assistance.

​

• The customer acknowledges that government sales and service tax, where necessary, would be borne by the customer.

​

• Payment for event entry tickets confirms the ticket holder's agreement to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the Organisers for the respective event.

Reimbursement Policy

​

Reimbursement for event/conference entry tickets is subject to the following conditions:

​

• Customers who have purchased event/conference entry tickets and subsequently receive sponsorship or funding for their ticket(s) may request reimbursement of their ticket costs.

​

• Reimbursement requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat along with supporting documentation confirming the sponsorship or funding received. This documentation may include sponsorship letters, invoices, or any other relevant proof of payment.

 

• Reimbursement requests will only be considered if the sponsorship or funding is received after the ticket purchase has been completed and the sponsor's payment has been made directly to the event/conference site on your behalf.

 

• Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receiving the sponsorship or funding, or no later than seven (7) days before the event/conference start date. Reimbursement requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

 

• If the reimbursement request is approved, a refund for the ticket cost will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within thirty (30) days of approval. Any finance charges, including but not limited to bank fees, foreign exchange charges, etc., incurred for the processing of this refund will be borne by the customer.

 

• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse reimbursement requests that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

 

• Tickets that have been reimbursed will be void, and customers will no longer have access to attend the event/conference using the reimbursed ticket(s), where applicable.

Governing Law

 

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

 

​

Termination

 

This agreement remains valid for 3 months after the conclusion of the event/conference. Customers reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time during this period. However, JME Group and its represented clients reserve the right to terminate this agreement with any customer who fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein, and may deny access to event-related services, such as event entry, playback videos, or downloading/receiving e-certificates, without prior notice.
